Where a candidate has not fulfilled all the requirements for admission (Baccalaureate/A levels/High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or other), a copy of the diploma may be sent at a later stage – but no later than by the beginning of the enrollment period. In this case, the admission request must be submitted by the relevant deadline together with an official document, issued by the awarding institution, confirming the expected graduation date.

  • Bachelor: for pending Baccalaureates (or equivalent diplomas), students will submit a certificate of attendance issued by their school
  • Master: for pending undergraduate degrees, students will submit a grade transcript and shall specify in their motivation letter the expected graduation date; an official university certificate confirming such date shall be included

How to apply

The application process starts with the creation of a log-in which will enable the applicant to save the data entered and to complete the application at a later stage

Applications are submitted on-line with a specific Web-form; all required documents are submitted either in digital or print form, according to the specifications of the chosen study programme

Application is free of charge

The Lisbon Convention regulates the acknowledgment of university degrees between signatory countries and considerably simplifies the administration of admission processes. For this reason, candidates whose previous degree studies were completed in countries outside this Convention (see list below) are invited to pay an application fee of SFr. 100 accounting for the higher administrative costs of processing more complex files. If the candidate is admitted, the fee will be deducted from the amount of the tuition fee for the first semester. The administrative fee will not be refunded if admission is not granted or upon withdrawal of the application by the candidate.
